A gentle, soothing check in. This class is rooted in Hatha yoga, a strong, steady moving meditation with plenty of space between poses to warm the body, cultivate space to slow down both mind and body.

Give Slow Flow a go if…

You’d enjoy a gentle pace, not quite restorative yoga, but also not quite as dynamic as Wiggle & Flow… A beautiful blend between the two! This may also be a great option for those at the beginning of your yoga journey and dipping your toes into different styles of the practice.

What to expect from a Slow Flow at Cake & Yoga Club…

Strong, steady, mindful. You’ll experience less transitions than a regular flow, more time to explore each pose - which in turn means our Slow Flow can be often deceivingly challenging!

Slow Flow is offered every Friday from 9-10am and Sunday from 10:30 - 11:30am.
