I want to come along to a CAYC class / event! How do I book?

Click the button below to head to our bookings landing page, from here you can see our timetable and select the class you would like to attend. This is also the place to see our welcome offers, memberships and bundles.

Do you accept walk-ins / payment for class in cash?

Sadly we discourage walk-ins without a booking that is made online prior, this is due to our studio is opened / closed by the teacher (we don’t have a reception) so sadly if we don’t have bookings made online for a class, the teacher won’t be there and you will roll up to a locked studio!

Is there parking available?

There is limited parking available at The Sawmills, as you approach the building you will find five parking spaces to the left hand side. If you plan to park - please let us know your car details so we can communicate with our landlord.

What should I wear/bring to class?

Comfort is key. Ensure you can move with ease and that you feel good. Layers are always helpful (especially for a little extra warmth during savasana). A bottle of water and a mug for tea. You are very welcome to bring your own mat / props, however we have plenty for you to borrow.

What if I'm late?

Please do your best to arrive at least five minutes before class so that you can settle and soak up the whole class. Our studio is a big open space without reception, arriving late creates quite a stir in the class as we settle in. We hope you can understand our decision to close and lock the door as class begins.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Cancelations or rescheduling must be made 12 hours before class to avoid being charged. If you cancel after this time or do not turn up for a class, those with unlimited passes will be charged / the pass will still be deducted. Please read our policy in full here.

I am a beginner, will classes be suitable for me?

Yes! Beginners are very welcome to all classes, we do everything we can to ensure our classes are accessible and plenty of variations are provided. Remember - there is no such thing as being bad at yoga.

Do you provide mats / equipment?

We are fully equipped with mats, bolsters, blocks and straps without charge. If you love practicing with your own mat, feel very welcome to bring it along!

Are there loos available at your locations?

Indeed there is!

Lost property?

If you’ve lost something, please drop us an email with the description, we will then arrange a time for collection.

Is there an age restriction?

Due to insurance and experience, classes are designed for yogis over the age of 18 only.
