You are beyond 12 weeks of pregnancy, looking for a peaceful place to nourish your body and mind on your pregnancy journey. Everyone is welcome here, no matter if you have been practicing yoga for years or if this is your first foray. The pregnancy yoga on offer at CAYC is helpful if you’ve experienced a very active mind and are seeking techniques that will help bring calm, clarity and space.

What to expect from a Pregnancy Yoga at Cake & Yoga Club…

A wonderful community of mums-to-be, perfect if you’d like to form connections and friendships in the local area. The class is gentle, but still provides many opportunities to modify depending on what you’d like from your practice. Not only will this class serve an opportunity to enjoy a tranquil hour, but you will learn helpful tools that you can take with you to support your pregnancy journey and beyond.
