What to expect from a Pregnancy Pilates class at Cake & Yoga Club…

A supportive, non judgemental space to enjoy your pilates practice. There will be variations provided throughout with 0 pressure - you are encouraged to choose options that suits where you are in your journey and what you need from your practice. The intention is not only to strengthen your body, but build confidence and uplifting energy in your mind too. Plus, always fun music to move to - an essential! Also a wonderful opportunity to meet other mums to be!
