You are looking for a mindful way to begin your day, cultivating a routine that empowers you to feel calm in both body and mind. This class is especially good if you struggle with mornings, I know - why!? Proving to yourself that you can do hard things (i.e get out of bed early) will quickly begin to alter your mindset. Starting your day knowing you have done something for yourself, all before 8am. You are awesome.

What to expect from a Rise & Energise class at Cake & Yoga Club…

An energising vinyasa flow that will encourage you to breathe and move mindfully. By breathing deeply and moving first thing, we get the oxygen flowing to our muscles and brain, helping us wake up well. Pour yourself a cup of tea, allow yourself this nugget of time for TLC and feel good movement.

Pregnancy Pilates is offered at the club on Tuesday and Friday from 7:00 - 7:45am
