What to expect from a Pilates class at Cake & Yoga Club…

A supportive, non judgemental space to enjoy your pilates practice. There will be variations provided throughout with 0 pressure. The intention is not only to strengthen your body, but build confidence and uplifting energy in your mind too. Plus, always fun music to move to - an essential!

Pilates is offered at the club every Monday at 7:00 - 7:45am and Wednesday at 6:30 - 7:30pm.
