Online Studio FAQ:
Q: How do I log in to the online studio?
A: To log in and access the Members Area, you will see ‘Members Login’ in our main navigation panel across the top of the CAYC website. This can also be found on our ‘Online’. We have added a link within our Instagram bio so you can access directly if you are on your mobile.
Q: Can I cancel my membership anytime?
A: Yes, of course you can. To cancel follow these steps:
Log in to your account
Open Your Account area
Click the "View or cancel plans" link under Billing
Click the "Cancel subscription" link
Q: Will the monthly uploads stay on the website forever?
A: Every single class on Slice of CAYC will be there forever for you to enjoy! You can come back and practice as often as you please.
Q: I am a beginner / have never tried yoga before! Is the CAYC Online Studio for me?
A: We welcome you with open arms! Our offerings are for anyone who needs a TLC boost. Seasoned yogi or novice - classes are open for embellishment and modification to suit you.
Q: Can I be assured that my personal information is safe?
A: Absolutely. All member login and billing details are secured within Memberspace (our host!) using modern SSL encryption.
Q: How do the monthly payments work?
A: Once you join the online studio, your first month will be prorated. Going forward you will be charged £18 (GBP) every month. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.
Q: I don’t live in the UK, can I still join?
A: Yes! That is the beauty of online studio. You can be part of our community wherever you are in the world. As our classes are pre-recorded, you can choose to practice at whatever time suits you.
Q: Will there be a variety of teachers?
A: Yes there will be! You can find all our regular CAYC studio teachers leading classes across the platform.
