Cake & Yoga Club Studio T’s & C’s

Cancelation & No Shows

Students are expected to cancel a minimum of 12 hours before their booked class in order to receive a refund / credit and to avoid cancellation / no show fees. Please note that our workshops and events require a 48 hour notice.

Please read more about our cancellation policy here to ensure full understanding.

Lateness

Please arrive with minutes to spare to settle in, the studio door is closed and locked as the class begins. If you arrive at the class start time or just after, you may not be able to attend class, we can not take responsibility for this and no refunds / rescheduled classes will be given.

Teachers & Class Cancellations due to low attendance

We endeavor to ensure that classes on our timetable run smoothly and consistently, however as a new and small local studio - we unfortunately can not run classes with just one student, in this instance we sadly have to cancel a class - your class credit will be returned or rescheduled on this occasion.

Extensions, add-ons and accumulated classes

We do not offer extensions on our welcome offers or bundles, and we do not roll over classes. If you purchase a bundle or have a membership with CAYC - one class is considered as either 45 or 60 minutes - we can not offer discounts or condense accumulated minutes into an extra class.

Lost Property

We are not responsible for any items brought into or left in the studio. If you have left an item, please email hello@cakeandyogaclub.com describing the item to arrange a time for delivery. Items may be responsibly disposed of if uncollected for 6 months or more.
